🔩 Motorcycle Handbar Lock — OEM Project

⚡ The Challenge

The client needed a lightweight, secure handbar lock that could be manufactured at scale with consistent quality. They required custom branding (laser-engraved logo) and a black anodized finish that would withstand outdoor conditions.

✅ Our Solution

We optimized the design for CNC machining, reducing production time while maintaining tight tolerances. We sourced 6061-T6 aluminum, applied a durable black anodized finish, and laser-engraved each unit with the client's logo and serial number.
